(1) Protective device.
Check whether all kinds of protective covers, guardrails, guard plates, ladders, etc. on the crane are complete and reliable. The exposed parts on the crane may cause winding and wounding, open transmission; couplings, sprockets, chains, transmission belts and other rotating parts Whether there is a protective cover, whether there are protective barriers on the pedestrian passage on the crane, the ladder and the parts that may expose people, whether it meets the requirements. A rain cover should be provided for the electrical equipment of the crane in the open air.
(2) Anti-overturning device.
For boom luffing and jib type cranes, the reliability of the anti-backward tilting device, the sensitivity of the electrical interlock, and the indicating accuracy of the luffing position and amplitude indicator should be checked.
(3) Buffer.
For cranes with different types of lifting capacity and different running speeds, check whether the buffers configured match, and check the integrity of the buffers and whether the two ends can touch the stops at the same time.
(4) Torque limiter.
The moment limiter is a safety device for the jib type crane to prevent overloading and overturning. Check the sensitivity and reliability of the torque limiter by the amplification method or the weight increase method, and check whether the comprehensive error of the torque limiter alarm and cut-off power source set point is within the specified range.
(5) Limit position limiter.
Check whether the luffing mechanism of the lifting equipment, the lifting mechanism and the running mechanism can generate an alarm signal when the distance from the set position is reached, and automatically cut off the power source running in the dangerous direction.
(6) Windproof device.
For cranes with a hinge point height of more than 50 meters at the root of the boom, the anemometer should be checked to see if it can accurately alarm when the wind speed set point or the working limit wind speed is reached. Cranes operating on the track in the open air should check whether the rail clamps, iron shoes, and anchoring device components are deformed or damaged, and the reliability of their independent work. For the automatic rail clamp, the reliability of the windproof function and the electrical interlock switch function in the non-anchored state should be checked for the sudden gust windproof device and the cart running brake.
